Privacy, in plain English.
CrossLoop is operated by Harsha Vardhan. It only collects what it needs to run your account and make your films, and never sells your data.

What do we collect?
Your email address: the one you sign in with. If you use Google, we receive your name and email from Google, never your password.
The URLs you submit, and the films we make from them: the videos, captions and post copy.
Your credits: your balance and the packs you buy. Payment details are handled by Lemon Squeezy; we only receive confirmation that a payment went through, never your card number.
How is your website content used?
When you submit a URL, our system opens that public page and reads it. What it reads is used only to make your own film. It is not used for anyone else’s film or to advertise.
Only submit pages that are public and that you are allowed to share.
How long do we keep it?
Films and their downloads are deleted after 30 days.
Your account and credit history are kept while your account is open.
Do we track site visits?
We record which pages you visit, which main buttons you click, the site that sent you, campaign tags in the link, and your screen width. This is tied to a random ID stored in your browser, with no advertising networks.
With your consent we also use Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies, to understand how visitors use the site. You can decline in the cookie banner, and we honour that choice. Google’s processing is described at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
If you arrive through an affiliate link, Lemon Squeezy stores the referral code in your browser so the person who referred you is credited if you buy.
If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, none of this is recorded.
Who processes your data?
Website hosting: Netlify. Sign-in and site usage events: Supabase. Visit statistics: Google Analytics (with your consent). Film processing and storage: Amazon Web Services. Payments: Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record.
We do not sell your data.
How do I contact you?
Questions or deletion requests: email hs@crossloop.si from the address you sign in with. We delete your data within 30 days of a verified request.
