Terms of use.
The short version: one credit makes one film, credits never expire, you own your films, and if a film fails the credit comes back automatically.

What is CrossLoop?
CrossLoop (crossloop.ai) is operated by Harsha Vardhan.
CrossLoop turns a public web page into a narrated film in 16:9, 9:16 and 4:5, with a captions file and suggested LinkedIn and Instagram copy.
You need an account to make films. Signing in with Google or an email link creates one.
How do credits and payment work?
Credits are sold in one-time packs: Single ($19, 1 film), Launch Pack ($49, 5 films) and Studio ($129, 20 films), unless a different price is shown at checkout. Each account may spin a promotional wheel once for a time-limited discount on a Single pack, applied automatically at checkout.
One credit makes one film. Credits never expire and there is no subscription. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record.
What about refunds?
There is a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase; the credits from a refunded pack are removed. The refund policy page has the details.
If a film fails, the credit is returned to your balance automatically.
If something else goes wrong with a purchase, email hs@crossloop.si within 14 days and we will make it right.
What can I submit, and who owns the film?
Only submit pages that are public and that you have the right to use. Do not submit pages with private or personal data.
What we read from your page is used only to make your film. You own the films made from your pages and can use them anywhere.
Films are deleted after 30 days, so download anything you want to keep.
What is not allowed?
Do not use CrossLoop to make misleading, unlawful or infringing content, or to overload the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
