What does the guarantee cover?
Your first purchase on CrossLoop. If you are not happy with it, you can get 100% of what you paid for that pack back within 7 days of buying it.
Films bought with a wheel discount are covered too. The refund is the amount you actually paid.
How do I ask for a refund?
Email hs@crossloop.si within 7 days of your first purchase, from the address you sign in with. You do not need to give a reason.
Refunds go back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record.
What happens to my credits?
When a pack is refunded, the credits from that pack are removed from your balance.
What if a film fails?
If a film fails to render, the credit is returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to contact us, and you can retry from the film page with one click.
